Ciao!! Today's topic is on how our forum site works!! Ve~ Let's begin!!
Basically, each and every country gets their own forum, or you could even consider it their own blog. Only that specific country can create topics in their forum!! You can still reply to their forums, but you can't create new topics on their forum. So, if I'm Italy, which I am, I can only create new topics on my forum.... I can't go on rushing to Germany's forum and create a new forum.
